Private Billing Doctors:
Dr Augustine Chan
Dr Harold Lau
Dr Rosanne Arentz
Fees are paid in full and Medicare will rebate within 24 to 48 hours
The Out-of-pocket fees after rebate are:
- $40 – Initial consultations
- $25 – Follow up consultations within 2 weeks of the initial consultant
- $20 – Phone consultation (except for holders of healthcare cards, pension cards and commonwealth senior cards who are bulk billed)
- $50 – Acupuncture (Dr Chan only)
- Fees for procedures are discussed with patients before the service is administered.
Bulk Billing Doctors:
Dr Justin Clark
Dr Joseph Sous (except for procedure: fees are discussed with patient before the service is administered)
For Patients with No Medicare: APPLIED TO ALL DOCTORS
- Standard consultation: $85.00
- Long consultation: $125.00
It is required that the patient must pay the fee upfront before the consultation
Note:
- Aged Pension Card and Health Care Card holders are bulk billed.
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Cards are billed for face to face appointments with a private billing doctor and bulk billed for phone consultations
- For workers compensation or motor vehicle third party matters, we require your claim number to bill to relevant party / insurance companies.
- Home visits in very special cases, strictly to regular patients of the practice (upon the discretion of the doctor)
- For fees regarding Allied Health professionals, procedures, other treatments, etc. Please ask reception or give us a call.
- Any additional charges will be discussed prior to consultation.
- A $20 fee applied for late cancellation or missed appointments
